Deleting your account and data
Permanent, confirmed, and not reversible. Here is exactly what it does.
Account deletion is available in Profile settings. It permanently deletes your account and your data after a confirmation step.
This cannot be undone
There is no restore. Deleting your account removes your accounts, transactions, forecasts, goals, net worth history, and AI conversations.
Before you delete
- Cancel your subscription separately through the app store if you do not want it to renew. Deleting a Seed account does not cancel an app store subscription.
- If you only want to stop a bank sync, disconnect that account instead.
- If you only want AI off, turn AI off in Profile settings instead.
If you need a data request handled differently, for example an export or a specific erasure question, contact support.
