How Gardener uses your data, and how to turn AI off
Gardener only ever sees your own account, your data never trains a model, and you can switch AI off entirely.
Gardener works only with the authenticated user's own Seed data. It cannot reveal another user's data, and it cannot compare you to another real user.
- Your financial data is retrieved from your private account to answer a question, then discarded.
- It is never used to train AI models.
- It is never stored by the AI provider.
- Each conversation is scoped to your account only.
Turning AI off
In Profile settings you can turn AI features off. Doing so disables Gardener and all AI processing, and Seed deletes your stored AI data, meaning past AI conversations and AI-derived data. You can turn it back on later, but the deleted history does not come back.
AI is optional from day one
The choice is offered during signup and can be changed at any time afterwards. Seed works without it.
