You'll build the AI experiences that help people make sense of their money, from our in-app assistant to smarter insights. You care about making AI genuinely useful, safe, and trustworthy.
What you'll do
- Build and improve AI-powered features across the product.
- Design retrieval, evaluation, and guardrails for reliable results.
- Measure quality and iterate based on real user outcomes.
- Partner with product to find where AI adds real value.
- Keep user data safe and private in every AI feature.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building software, with hands-on LLM application experience.
- Strong TypeScript or Python.
- Experience shipping and evaluating AI features in production.
- Thoughtful about AI safety, privacy, and failure modes.
Nice to have
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation and evaluation frameworks.
- Interest in personal finance and helping people build wealth.
